Entry-level Baker


We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-level Baker to join our team in Vejle. As an entry-level baker, you will assist in the preparation, baking, and decoration of a variety of baked goods. You will learn how to mix ingredients, operate baking equipment, and follow recipes to produce high-quality products.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about baking and willing to learn new techniques and recipes. No prior experience is required, but a basic understanding of baking principles is preferred. We are also looking for someone who has good time management skills, can work well under pressure, and has excellent attention to detail.

As an entry-level baker, you will be trained on the job by our experienced bakers. We offer accommodation for employees who need it and can provide assistance in obtaining a work visa if necessary. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, fruits, or other toppings
- Ensure quality control by monitoring product appearance and taste
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times
- Clean workstations and equipment before and after use
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of ingredient levels

Requirements:
