We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs and drawings for various construction projects. This position requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD or other architectural software to create detailed drawings and designs
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure design specifications are met
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel. However, candidates from India who are willing to relocate are also welcome to apply.

Additional Information:
This position is open to all nationalities. Candidates without prior experience may also be considered if they possess exceptional technical skills. However, fluency in English is required for this role.
