Office Manager

We are a growing company based in Multan and we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle budgeting, invoicing, and financial records for the office
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff members or clients in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and financial record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
