Junior Commercial Architect - Almada, Portugal

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial architecture. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work legally in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design of commercial buildings and spaces, including creating sketches, drawings, and 3D models
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare project documentation such as proposals, contracts, and reports
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
