Junior Web Developer (Bergen, Norway)


We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic team in Bergen. As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and websites using front-end and back-end technologies. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of websites
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated with emerging web development trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web development or relevant coursework/projects
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies
- Familiarity with back-end languages such as PHP or Python
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in English (Norwegian is a plus)
