Remote Web Developer

As a remote web developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to our clients' specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end of websites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing new website features
- Ensuring website functionality and performance
- Collaborating with designers, content creators and other developers
- Troubleshooting issues reported by clients or internal teams
- Maintaining code integrity and organization
- Staying up-to-date with emerging web development trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a web developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other programming languages
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Familiarity with SEO principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in Bergen, Norway. Relocation or accommodation will not be provided.
