Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for developing and designing industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet our clients' specific needs while adhering to safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the design
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and progress reports
- Oversee construction projects to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid work permit or EU citizenship for Norway

Salary: 1500$ per month
