Entry-Level Baker



We are a busy bakery in Aalborg seeking a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker. This position is perfect for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in baking and have little to no experience.

As an Entry-Level Baker, you will assist our experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and cakes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our products are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations. Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately is essential for this role.

This position requires physical stamina as you will be on your feet for most of the day, lifting heavy bags of flour, and working with hot ovens. You must also be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork and excellent communication skills, so we are looking for someone who can work well with others and take direction from senior staff members. You must also have a positive attitude, be reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

While previous experience is not required, we prefer candidates who have completed some form of formal training or education in baking. However, if you have a passion for baking and are willing to learn from our experienced team members, we encourage you to apply.
