Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Roskilde, Denmark. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and attract new business through effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales plans, as well as build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with hotel management team to create attractive packages and promotions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on performance regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems, revenue management, and online booking platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
