Hotel Sales Manager
We are searching for a skilled and ambitious Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel revenue through sales and marketing efforts. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure the hotel's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Train, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
- Monitor competitors' activities and make recommendations to improve hotel offerings
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices in hotel sales
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
