Job Title: Land Surveyor

Our company is in search of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Oslo. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and collect data for construction and development projects. Your role will also involve analyzing data, creating maps and reports, and working with other professionals such as engineers and architects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Collect data on topography, land features, and property boundaries
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, reports, and legal descriptions
- Work with other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results and proper placement of structures
- Utilize computer software for data analysis and map creation
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and computer software for surveying purposes
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to land surveying in Oslo is preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $900 per month (with accommodation)
Location: Oslo, Norway (biometric passport is a plus)
