IT Support Specialist


We are searching for a skilled and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to clients and internal staff
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers and other equipment
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with technology trends and advancements in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
