Computer Support Specialist


A reputable company in Fonvieille is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You must have a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Set up new user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep track of all support requests and provide timely updates to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
