Industrial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm seeking a talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, budget, and design requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Develop preliminary designs and construction plans using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Research new materials and construction methods to improve project efficiency
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Communicate project updates to clients and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience designing industrial structures or facilities
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to industrial projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
