IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Almada. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage and monitor all IT operations, including network, servers, databases, and software applications
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve business processes
- Oversee budgeting for IT expenses, including hardware, software, and maintenance costs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, database management, and software development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

This position is located in Almada, but we welcome applicants from any nationality who are willing to relocate.
