Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. This part-time position is suitable for men without any previous sales experience and includes a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals
- Keep track of inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked in the store
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions to customers
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, competitors' products, and market demands

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset but not required
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Faisalabad with a valid visa
