Head Baker

We are in need of a skilled Head Baker to join our team at our bakery in Funchal. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. You will also be responsible for managing a team of bakers and ensuring that all products meet our high quality standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Baker
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Open to male candidates

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Funchal, Portugal. Portuguese nationals or EU citizens preferred.
