Moderator for Online Community in Oslo, Norway



As a Moderator for our online community in Oslo, Norway, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our members. You will work full-time to moderate discussions, monitor user activity, and enforce community guidelines.

Your main responsibilities will include reviewing posts and comments to ensure they adhere to our standards of conduct, addressing user concerns or conflicts in a timely manner, and promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improving the community and implementing new features.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about building online communities and has excellent communication skills. While previous experience as a moderator is preferred, it is not required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in this role.

Please note that this position does not include accommodation or require prior experience. However, applicants must have a valid biometric passport and be legally eligible to work in Oslo, Norway.
