As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in our architecture firm located in the charming city of Braga, Portugal. With your creative vision and technical expertise, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects. Your primary focus will be on creating aesthetically pleasing and functional structures that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and budget constraints
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage budgets and timelines for each project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Proficient in creating 3D models and renderings using software like SketchUp or 3ds Max
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in Portugal
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Strong leadership skills to mentor junior architects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
