We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Equipment Operator to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues or incidents immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is not required but is considered an asset
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Valid driver's license is required, CDL preferred
