Barista - Coffee Shop (Jerusalem)


We are a busy coffee shop located in the heart of Jerusalem, seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee shop, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared to high-quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including tables, counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide prompt service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Upsell additional products or services to customers as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
