Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for our hotel. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the hotel's management team to create appealing packages and promotions for guests
- Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients to showcase the facilities and services of the hotel
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid work permit for Norway is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1700$ per month. In addition, we provide free visa support and airfare tickets for international candidates.
