Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand company's customer base
- Motivate and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and coaching to team members as needed
- Build strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for new business
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills preferred)
