Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Kolding, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our upscale fine dining restaurant in Kolding, Denmark. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Executive Chef and a passion for creating high-quality, innovative dishes.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of talented chefs. You must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Our restaurant prides itself on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creating unique menu items that showcase the best of Danish cuisine.
The role of Executive Chef requires strong organizational skills as you will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition. You must also have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from a culinary school and have at least 5 years of experience working in upscale restaurants. Additionally, you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills.
