Seasonal Executive Chef in Kolding, Denmark
As a seasonal Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Kolding, Denmark. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional culinary experiences for our guests, while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are seasonally appropriate and reflect local produce
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes in the kitchen
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality
- Manage inventory and food costs to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop innovative dishes and specials
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest feedback and special requests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of seasonal ingredients, culinary techniques, and menu development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit for Denmark (free visa provided for non-EU citizens)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa sponsorship and airfare.
