Roofer Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Roofer Supervisor to oversee and manage our roofing projects in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and at least 3 years of experience in roofing. As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of roofers, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety protocols. You will also be required to communicate with clients, provide cost estimates, and maintain project timelines. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of roofers to ensure quality workmanship
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Communicate with clients regarding project scope, timeline, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Train new roofers on techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during projects

Requirements:
- Biometric passport
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in the roofing industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina for working at heights and in various weather conditions

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Oslo, Norway (candidates from other countries are welcome to apply)
