Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work alongside experienced professionals to design and plan industrial buildings and structures. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates who are interested in developing their skills and knowledge in the field of industrial architecture. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, gaining hands-on experience and learning from experienced mentors. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month and includes accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this role. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create industrial building designs that meet client requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building materials, construction methods, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Work with project teams to develop cost-effective solutions that meet project timelines and budgets
- Assist with preparing presentations or proposals for clients
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to industrial construction
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed
