Shaper - Woodworking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Shaper with experience in woodworking to join our team in Mombasa. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping wood pieces according to specifications and blueprints. This is a contract position, ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to shape wood pieces according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams to determine necessary cuts and measurements
- Inspect wood pieces for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in woodworking or carpentry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Knowledge of various hand and power tools used in woodworking
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Physical dexterity and strength to handle wood pieces and operate machinery

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mombasa, Kenya (open for all nationalities)
