We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Shaper to join our team at a surf shop in Mombasa. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating and shaping custom surfboards for our customers. This role requires someone with experience in shaping, as well as a passion for surfing and the ocean.

Responsibilities:
- Shape custom surfboards according to customer specifications
- Utilize various tools and techniques to create high-quality surfboards
- Maintain a clean and organized shaping area
- Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the final product
- Stay up-to-date on current surfboard trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Experience as a Shaper, preferably in the surfing industry
- Passion for surfing and knowledge of different types of boards and their functionality
- Attention to detail and ability to create precise shapes
- Strong communication skills to work with customers and team members effectively
