Industrial Architect - Fonvieille, Monaco (Contract)

We are in need of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures according to client needs and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and safety standards
- Oversee construction process and provide guidance to construction teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Perform quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
