Contract Construction Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Source and manage contractors and subcontractors for each project
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and requirements
- Review and approve contractor invoices based on work completed
- Resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience working with contractors/subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills preferred)

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Denmark.
