Pastry Chef
Location: Horsens, Denmark
Are you a talented and creative Pastry Chef looking for a new opportunity? Our busy bakery in Horsens is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, cakes, and desserts to delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new pastry recipes
- Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Decorating and plating pastries in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Baking or pastry certificate/diploma from an accredited institution
- Fluent in Danish (English proficiency is a plus)
Salary: 1000$ per month
