Team Lead - Washington, D.C., USA (Visa sponsorship available for Egyptian candidates)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Lead to join our dynamic and diverse team in Washington, D.C. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of English-speaking employees from Egypt who are new to the workforce. This role is ideal for someone with excellent leadership skills and a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of entry-level employees from Egypt, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the department
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed to improve productivity and quality of work
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Develop strategies to enhance team morale and motivation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing a team preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in the USA (visa sponsorship available for Egyptian candidates)
