Information Security Analyst



We are searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's information systems and data. Your main tasks will include conducting security assessments, implementing security measures, monitoring network activity, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner and conduct forensic investigations when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
- Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Greenland but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
