Project Manager - Construction (Pakistani/Canadian)

As a Project Manager for our construction company based in Dickirch, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. This position is open to both Pakistani and Canadian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage the entire construction project from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.
- Mentor and supervise team members to ensure their success in their roles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certification
- Experience working with international teams or clients

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also offer opportunities for part-time positions for those looking for flexible schedules.
