Mason Supervisor
As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed to high standards. Your main duties will include coordinating work schedules, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and training to masons. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation is provided. We are seeking candidates with experience in masonry and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily work schedules for masons and assign tasks based on project requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure they are completed within designated timelines
- Provide guidance and training to masons to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Communicate with project managers and other supervisors to report on progress and discuss any challenges or changes in plans
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects and ensure their proper use and storage
- Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in masonry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of different types of materials used in construction projects and their proper handling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents related to construction projects
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, climb ladders, etc.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Location:
