Warehouse Assistant


Role Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments of materials and products.
- Verify quantity and quality of items received against invoices or packing slips.
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling, packing, labeling, and loading onto trucks or other modes of transport.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean at all times.
- Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry into inventory systems.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon without accommodation.
