Contract Architecture Manager in Braga


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Braga on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, developing project plans, overseeing the work of architects and other team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clients
- Oversee the work of architects and other team members to ensure high-quality designs
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is aligned with architectural plans
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budget, resources, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, techniques, tools, and software (AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
