Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Greenland. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans and drawings for construction projects, using your knowledge of architectural design and building regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the designs meet the client's requirements and comply with all relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Reviewing and interpreting project specifications and building codes
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop efficient and cost-effective designs
- Preparing accurate quantity take-offs for materials
- Conducting site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Making revisions to plans as needed based on feedback from clients or regulatory authorities
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position.
