Part-time Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a talented and dedicated Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to help design and develop plans for various construction projects in Greenland. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of architecture while also maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Create 3D models using computer software programs
- Review and analyze building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Communicate project progress and updates to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Greenlandic or Danish is a plus)
- Eligible for employment in Greenland (own visa or citizenship)

Salary:
The salary for this role is 1700$ per month, based on part-time hours.

Location:
This position is located in Greenland. Remote work may be possible depending on project needs.
