Senior Architect - Contract Position


We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Kolding, Denmark. Our company specializes in innovative architectural design for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their past projects and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer software
- Conduct site visits to ensure design plans are being executed accurately
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Oversee junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Benefits:
