A gardening company in Kolding, Denmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong understanding of plant care and maintenance. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and lawn care
- Maintain the health and appearance of plants, trees, and flowers
- Monitor and control pests and diseases
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment properly
- Ensure the garden is kept clean and presentable at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plant care, soil types, and gardening techniques
- Ability to identify different types of plants, trees, and flowers
- Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of outdoor work
- Excellent communication skills in English or Danish (preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
