Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of a team of masons and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Your duties will include reviewing project plans, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to your team. You will also be responsible for ordering materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a mason and strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress of projects and adjust schedules as needed
- Supervise a team of masons to ensure quality workmanship
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Order materials and maintain inventory
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates
- Train new employees on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina for working in outdoor environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
