We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya. This position is ideal for Malayalees seeking an English-speaking full-time job without prior experience or the need for accommodation. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as requested
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent English language skills (spoken & written)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
