Restaurant Manager Trainee
As a Restaurant Manager Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully manage a restaurant in Monte-Carlo. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and learn from experienced managers on all aspects of restaurant operations
- Assist in managing daily operations such as staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Learn how to create schedules, handle budgets, and maintain financial records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and addressing customer feedback
- Learn how to market and promote the restaurant to attract new customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Passion for the hospitality industry and strong desire to learn and grow as a manager
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Monte-Carlo
Nationality: Preference for candidates with European Union citizenship or valid work permit for Monaco.
