Part-Time Concierge in Copenhagen, Denmark

A luxury hotel in Copenhagen is seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, including making reservations, providing recommendations, and arranging transportation. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of the local area.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of Copenhagen and its surrounding areas
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must have own visa to work in Denmark
- Must be able to provide own accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities in Copenhagen
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or events
- Arrange transportation for guests using taxis or public transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current events, shows, and concerts happening in the city
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
