Temporary Concierge in Copenhagen


We are searching for a temporary Concierge to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting visitors, managing reservations and requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate for this position is a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. This is a temporary position, perfect for those looking to gain experience in the industry or seeking short-term employment. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
- Manage reservations and bookings for various services
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide information on local attractions, events, and services

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Friendly demeanor and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Knowledge of local attractions and services is an advantage

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this temporary position.
