Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's data and systems. You will analyze and assess potential security risks, implement and maintain security measures, and monitor for any suspicious activity. This role requires experience in information security, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of industry best practices. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with various teams to address security concerns. This is a full-time position based in Herning, with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
- Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls and encryption protocols
- Monitor networks for any suspicious activity or breaches
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new threats to ensure our systems are secure
- Communicate with various teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, encryption methods, and other security tools
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred:
- Certification in information security such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience conducting vulnerability assessments or penetration testing
