Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the design process to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
- Manage project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
