Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to company standards and specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality output and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- At least 1 year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
